Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping & delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch (Spain / EU).
- You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The return window does not expire before your item is expected to arrive.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- To start a return, email cidwel@gmail.com with your order number; we will reply with return instructions.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email cidwel@gmail.com.
